Account Manager - Work in Progress HR : Job Details

Salary range: £27,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.Hours: 28-35 hours per week available (our full time hours are Monday - Friday 9:00-17:00 with a one hour lunchbreak)Location: Our office is in the heart of Knutsford.

At NFU Mutual Knutsford Agency we are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our dynamic team and provide dedicated insurance support to our commercial and agricultural customers.

This role is perfect if you have a passion for delivering brilliant customer service, love relationship building, and you are looking for an interesting and fulfilling career in the insurance industry. You do not need prior insurance experience as we will provide you with comprehensive training on all insurance products and support to get the required licenses. What is more important to us is that you have the skills and attitude to provide the outstanding support and service that our customers deserve.

In this role, you will:

• Actively promote and sell our range of personal commercial insurance solutions, ensuring adherence to FCA requirements, sales quality, advice standards, and all other regulatory guidelines.
• Proactively manage your sales pipeline, cultivating relationships with both new and existing commercial clients while providing them with expert knowledge of NFU Mutual’s full product range.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, guiding clients through the sales process with the utmost professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer journey.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.

The salary and annual leave advertised is based on the full time role of 35 hours per week, we are happy to discuss part-time hours (minimum 28 hours per week) between our core hours and the salary and benefits would apply on a pro rata basis.
