My client, a dynamic, family-owned electrical wholesaler based in Cinderford is seeking a driven Account Manager to join their growing team! With over 40 years in the industry, this company has become a staple in the Forest of Dean, offering a vast range of electrical materials from all the leading brands. They're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service, high-quality products, serving customers across the UK.

Offering a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 DOE

Role Overview:

This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact as an Account Manager. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing and growing customer accounts, building strong relationships, providing detailed product information, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You'll also work closely with a collaborative sales team to smash sales targets and deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities as an Account Manager:

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide product recommendations and pricing to ensure customer needs are met
• Process orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Collaborate with the sales team to hit and exceed targets
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction with every interaction

What we're looking for in an Account Manager:

• A strong background in customer relationship management, sales, or account management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with an eye for detail
• Experience working on a trade counter is ideal
• Knowledge of electrical and solar products (a big plus!)
• A self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the electrical wholesale or retail industry would be a great advantage
