Senior Account Manager - Travel & Hospitality

About the Role
A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join a leading travel and hospitality platform on a 12-month contract. You'll manage high-value Professional Hosts and property management clients, driving revenue growth and optimising performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of 150+ high-revenue accounts, working closely with Directors, C-suite, and business owners.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies to maximise bookings and revenue.
- Conduct regular business reviews and optimisation calls, identifying areas for growth.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
- Collaborate with Product, Policy, and Communications teams to drive platform success.
- Provide hands-on support to hosts, ensuring seamless use of platform features.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or Relationship Management.
- 2+ years in travel, hospitality, or property management.
- Strong analytical skills, using data insights to drive performance.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage fast-paced workloads, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Some business development experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to assigned markets.
