Position: Account Manager / Production

Salary: 35k

The Company: My Client is a B2 and Digital printing company based in the South East. They have full in-house design, print and finishing equipment and a complementary customer service, and production team. They have been established over 30 years, and are complete with PEFC and ISO accreditations. They are a profitable outfit, due the fact they have not reduced their pricing to win work, making them a solid foundation

The Role:

• You will be experienced in operating an account manager role as well as scheduling.
• The role is 80% account managing and 20% production scheduling.
• Would liaise between the print department and the finishing department to make sure that jobs were printed correctly and went out on time.
• Liasing with clients regarding digital and B2 printed items.
• Despatch orders.
• Have a full understanding of print.
• Have a high level of customer service.
• Work well under pressure.
• Hours 9-5.
