Account Manager - Property Services with hybrid working

You can be part of this business and join them as an Account Manager dealing with property services.

As their new Property Services Account Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and scheduling all planned maintenance jobs to ensure their clients receive the best possible service with your key responsibilities to:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently
  • Load new instructions from clients and tenants onto our CRM system
  • Allocate tasks to contractors and ensure timely completion
  • Work independently, taking initiative where needed
  • Identify and report new maintenance
  • Coordinate customer repairs
  • Manage complaints through the agreed escalation process

To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive, adaptable, and hardworking attitude
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A good level of computer literacy (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Property industry experience with planned maintenance and repairs and/ or knowledge of small building works is highly sought after for this post
  • Ability to ensure all communications and system updates are clear and accurate

The business is uniquely located in glorious countryside approximately 3 miles from Malmesbury and within 11 miles of Chippenham and their offices are kitted out very nicely. You will be working in the offices 2 days per week and 3 days working remotely (from home). Please note you will need access to a vehicle to get there due to remote location.
