Are you an Account Manager ready to take on a client-facing role where you can drive business growth and work closely with key partners?

Sopra Steria's Aerospace, Defence, and Security division provides digital transformation, IT modernisation, and cybersecurity solutions to support critical operations in highly regulated industries. We collaborate with governments, defence agencies, and aerospace organisations to enhance efficiency, security, and innovation.

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team within the Public Safety Group (PSG). In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction while driving profitable business growth.

You will also work closely with multi-functional teams like service management, technical, and delivery teams to make sure our service delivery meets contractual commitments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as the key point of contact for designated accounts, ensuring strong client relationships.
  • Develop account plans and lead on customer relationships to drive growth.
  • Identify business opportunities and bring value propositions to meet both customer and company objectives.
  • Effectively lead all stages of the sales.
  • Deliver accurate monthly forecasts and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (service management, product, finance, and commercial) to achieve targets.

What you’ll bring:

  • Account Management experience in a Policing or Public Safety Sectors.
  • Business to Business (B2B) Sales experience, generating sales in the region of £100,000 - £10M.
  • High-level knowledge of IT solutions, including software, service delivery, and transformation.
  • Technology sales experience.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: UK with travel expected 2/3 times a month to the Midlands.

Security Clearance Level: NPPV3.

Salary: Upto £70,000.
