Our client based just outside Cambridge are seeking an Account Manager to join them in a permanent position due to the growth of their team. You must have previous sales experience as an Account Manager and any experience of selling medical devices or skincare/beauty products will be very useful. Job Details:
This is a varied, evolving role and will include the following responsibilities:
· Offer an exceptional level of customer relations and service.
· Communicating with existing customers to keep them informed about current offers and company news.
· Communicating with customers to encourage sales for the company and to nurture/build relationships.
· Answering customer queries promptly and accurately.
· Managing customer expectations.
· Identifying customer needs to result in effective solutions.
· Processing orders and taking payments.
· Maintaining and updating customer records on the company database
· Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be required within a busy office environment
· Assisting field sales.
· Assisting in achieving company goals.
