Are you an Account Manager, or similar, from a Utilities background, looking for a varied role within a highly successful property investment company, offering a fantastic working environment and excellent company benefits?

The company is a leading property developer working on exciting projects across the UK. They are now looking to expand their head office team with a new Utilities Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing current and potential suppliers, from conducting market research to negotiating, onboarding and maintaining relationships. This is a data-driven role, where you will work independently while receiving support from the wider rentals team.

The Role:

• Manage relationships with utilities suppliers, identifying the most competitive offerings
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and up-to-date information in Excel
• Improve efficiencies in utility data collection
• Liaise with property team members to ensure smooth processes
