In this role, you'll oversee the daily management of assigned customer accounts across various categories, including high street and e-commerce. You'll foster strong relationships, manage sales and promotions, contribute to strategic planning, and ensure efficient budget management.
Imagine being the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, handling sales administration, and conducting market analysis to maximize growth opportunities. You'll also have the chance to identify new opportunities, conduct field visits, provide product training, and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop robust brand plans and continuously strive to enhance efficiency within the team.
