Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle new and existing sales leads over the phone, via the internet, and in-person for those customers who prefer to visit our office.
- Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring their needs are met in compliance with FCA guidelines and treating customers fairly.
- Pursue every new business lead with determination and close deals at every opportunity.
- Propose customers to finance companies, ensuring accurate information is provided to both the customer and the administration department.
- Address and resolve any customer queries regarding their order.
