Tax - ATT and CTAOur 2025 School Leaver Training Programme is due to start at the end of August 2025, however earlier start dates are possible depending on the department/location.

Our Training Programme:

As an apprentice, your initial focus will be on understanding the inner workings of our organisation and your team, immersing yourself in the dynamics of one of the foremost accountancy practices. Along this journey, you'll acquire new skills. As you advance through the program and make progress in your chosen qualification, opportunities will arise for you to participate in exciting projects and broaden your experience through engagement with our diverse client base.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for school-leaver candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Good A levels, or equivalent (A*- C)
  • GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent, grade 4- 9 (grade C and above)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and passionate
  • Excellent work ethic, driven and highly motivated
  • Effective time and task management skills
