What You'll Do:

As a Team Leader within the Corporate Services Team, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring our junior staff while ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Your day to day will include:

  • Overseeing and reviewing management accounts for both UK and multi-national companies, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Providing insightful advice on VAT and PAYE matters, including meticulous review of monthly, quarterly, and annual VAT returns.
  • Assisting start-ups comprehensively in their financial journey, offering crucial financial support and guidance.
  • Leading the implementation of cutting-edge accounting and computerised financial systems.
  • Managing UK financial reporting for various entities, including limited companies, LLPs, partnerships, and sole traders.
  • Fostering the growth of your team through training, reviews, and mentorship.
  • Offering expert advice on a wide range of business subjects, strengthening client relationships.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Recent obtainment of Accountancy qualification with comprehensive knowledge of Management Accounting.
