Role Overview:

As a Team Leader within the Business Services team, you will play a key role in guiding and mentoring junior staff, ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and reviewing management accounts for both UK and multi-national companies.
• Offering expert guidance on VAT and PAYE matters, and reviewing VAT returns.
• Assisting start-ups with their financial journeys and providing crucial financial support.
• Leading the implementation of advanced accounting and computerised financial systems.
• Managing UK financial reporting for limited companies, LLPs, partnerships, and sole traders.
• Promoting team development through training, reviews, and mentorship.
• Strengthening client relationships through expert advice on a range of business topics.
