Accountant Bookkeeper - K2 Recruitment : Job Details

We are looking for a Practice Accountant to join a practice based in Kidlington. You will be qualified by experience or education and be working within a small company.

Within the Accountant role you will be working in a fast-paced environment your duties may include, financial reporting, taxation, auditing, accounting systems and processes.

Working hours will consist of 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.

Accountant duties:

• Delivering management accounts and tax for sole traders and limited companies.
• Prepare and process final accounts and tax returns.
• Review and certify client’s book of accounts, balance sheets and statutory returns.
• Meet deadlines for filing statutory accounts.
• Filing with company’s house.
• Using Xero, Sage, Quickbooks, and VT.

Personal Attributes:

• Be qualified by experience or education.
• Have experience within Accountant taxation and accounts.
• Show excellent organisational skills and initiative.
• Be comfortable using Xero, Sage, Quickbooks, and VT.
• Display strong communication skills.
• Work well within a team.

The company would consider a Bookkeeper for the role, this would be reflected in the salary and duties.

This Accountant role is offering £30,000-£50,000 per annum dependant on experience, free parking and would consider flexible hours or part time for the right candidate.
