Accountant/ Client Manager - Hue Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Our client, a UK-based real estate investment specialist managing assets for proprietary and co-investment capital, is seeking an Accountant/Client Manager to join their established team in Chiswick.

Job Description

• Preparing quarterly financial reports for our clients, ensuring they are accurate and delivered on time.
• Compiling and submitting quarterly VAT returns for each project, in compliance with regulations.
• Utilising accounting software to maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, updated daily.
• Preparing end-of-year accounts for each project, ensuring adherence to accounting standards.
• Assisting with any additional tasks as required by the finance department to support our operations.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Publisher.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage 50, QuickBooks, or Xero.
• ACCA/ACA qualified or nearing qualification.
