Your new company:

A well-established accountancy practice in Preston, is looking for a steady, experienced Accountant to join their growing team of 13. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, you’ll be a key player in supporting the preparation of client accounts and ensuring the smooth running of the practice.

How you’ll spend your time:

·      Manage a portfolio of clients, preparing accounts, bookkeeping, and VAT returns

·      Prepare personal and corporate tax computations

·      Work closely with the Managing Partner to finalize client accounts

·      Use accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and Excel to deliver high-quality service

This opportunity will be great for you if…

·      You have a minimum 3 years of experience within an accountancy practice

·      You’re proficient with accounting software, especially QuickBooks (experience with Xero or Sage is a plus)

·      You’re a strong communicator with excellent client liaison skills

·      You’re a reliable, professional individual who enjoys being part of a fun, friendly team
