Are you an experienced Accountant who has previously worked within the manufacturing industry? We are working with a global leader in the aerospace and high-technology markets who are looking for an Accountant to join them on a permanent basis. • Analyse company financial statements, preparing reports and making recommendations to management

• Ensure financial business processes complies with General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and/or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Generate, forecast and analyse trends in sales, finance and other areas of business to assist in financial planning.
• Participate in the monthly close process by generating various journal entries, preparing required reconciliations, and analytically reviewing specific general ledger accounts for accuracy and proper valuation.
• Perform annual internal audits
• Prepare monthly forecast and bridge analysis for the P&L.

AccountantEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Strong experience working in a similar role
• Fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACMA)
• Previously worked within the manufacturing sector
