Accountant - LA Recruitment Solutions : Job Details

Role: AccountantSalary: £35,000 - £40,000Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5hrsLocation: Grantham

Our client, a leading East Midlands Business Consultancy, is seeking to recruit an Accountant to work alongside its already established team

Duties for the Accountant:

• preparation of accounts and management accounts for a variety of clients
• preparation of business and personal tax tax computations
• mentoring junior members of staff
• preparing self-assessment tax returns
• general bookkeeping
• assisting with payroll submissions
• liaising with HMRC

Experience for the Accountant:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or part qualified or QBE
• strong IT skills including Excel and Accountancy packages
• positive and enthusiastic
• good organisational skills
• ideally recent previous experience within a UK Accountancy Firm
