Accountant - Butler Rose : Job Details

If so, then you should apply for this role:The company:This company is an Accountancy Practice based in Leicester and have been established for over 8 years. They have forged a niche within the market where they serve clients from start-ups to those with a turnover up to £3 Million, and through a close alliance with another firm, are able to offer the whole range of accounting services.The role:This is a hands-on role, where you will be responsible for managing a varied client portfolio across statutory accounts, management accounts, tax, bookkeeping and VAT. The role will include:

• Managing a diverse client portfolio.
• Attending client meetings.
• Preparation of accounts for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies.
• Corporation tax calculations.
• Completing complex management account accounts, bookkeeping and VAT.
• Overseeing basic bookkeeping and VAT returns of more junior staff.

About you:To be considered for this role, you need to have no less than 3 year's experience of working with Practice, and preferably an ACA/ ACCA Qualification. You need to be comfortable with working on your own and also as part of a team.The benefits:

• £35-40K
• 25 Days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
• Bonus, Work from home 2 days per week
