An exciting opportunity for an experienced Accountant to support the Accounting & Finance department within the industrial / manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation of financial reports, performing account reconciliations, and maintaining the general ledger.

Description

• Prepare financial reports and statements.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Maintain the general ledger.
• Assist with budget and forecast preparation.
• Collaborate with the finance team on yearly forecasting efforts.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP principles.
• Liaise with our financial auditors for periodic audits.

Profile

A successful Accountant should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
• Proven experience as an accountant in the industrial / manufacturing industry.
• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements.
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
