Accountant - Senior Client Manager - Blusource : Job Details

One of the East Midlands' quickest growing professional services employers are seeking to hire an Accountant, for a Senior Client Manager job, working from their offices based close to Derby and commutable from Nottingham, Ilkeston, Long Eaton, North Derbyshire and surrounding areas.

• This firm are a sought-after employer, they offer hybrid working, but also the option of slightly longer hours worked over a 4-day working week, instead of the standard 5-day week. 

They are a modern, forward-thinking firm and offering a tremendous opportunity to work closely with a Director.

This position plays a pivotal role within the portfolio team, acting as a bridge between Client Managers and the Associate Partner. You will be supporting the Client Managers, overseeing the workflow of client services, helping to manage client relationships, and ensuring a great service experience to clients.

The Senior Client Manager will also be actively involved in preparing larger accounts up to the review stage and conducting first-line reviews of management accounts and VAT returns prepared by Client Managers. This role is ideal for an individual with good technical expertise, leadership abilities and a passion for supporting and developing team members. 

Benefits:

• Salary will be market-led, dependent on experience and qualifications.
• Working 34 hours per week across 4 days or you can work a 5 day week, the choice is up to you
• 32 days holiday including bank holidays FTE, pro-rata accordingly across the four days.
• One day WFH and three days in the office.
