Key Responsibilities Accounts Delivery: Review and finalise accounts for director/partner approval and present them to clients. Strategic Financial Planning: Act as a trusted business advisor, providing financial insights and strategic guidance to clients. Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring top-tier service and client satisfaction. Managerial Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team, manage workloads, monitor financial performance, and drive team development. Technical Expertise: Be a go-to expert in specific sector specialisms, handling VAT rules and liaising with HMRC regularly. Requirements: Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent). Strong software expertise in Xero and Sage (essential). Expert knowledge of VAT rules and compliance requirements. Leadership skills - ability to inspire, train, and manage a team.
