Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an established business in Morden, who are recruiting for a Accounts Admin Assistant on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate experience within a similar role, looking for 16 hours per week and will live within commutable distance to Morden as this is an office based role.
Responsibilities:
- Process and code invoices on to the database
- Reconcile delivery notes and purchase orders to invoices received
- Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Deal with purchase enquiries
- Send out supplier remittances
- Invoicing
- Timely and effective collection of all debts and customer payments
- Maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment
- Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
