- Work with OCR & AI software to ensure invoices and credit notes are processed efficientlyHandle invoice exceptions, ensuring correct VAT application and complianceManage and resolve supplier queries, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple sites
- Assist with supplier payment run checks
- Reconcile supplier accounts on a monthly basisProvide ad hoc support to the wider accounts payable team
Who we're looking for:
- Strong IT skills - proficiency in MS Excel, and an interest in AI-driven finance software is a plus
- Office-based experience - whether in administration, customer service, or accounts, previous experience in a professional setting is essential
