Are you an experienced Administrator with an interest in finance, if so this may be the role for you!
We are currently working with a well established client within the professional services industry, who are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their friendly team.
Some of the duties include:
- Provide specialist administrative support to professional staff within the office
- Assist and set up meeting/conference rooms
- Communicate with relevant agencies to arrange travel and accommodation for colleagues
- Manage office area and looks after visitors
- deal with all incoming communication effectively via phone/email
- Oversee the entry, maintenance, and integrity of administrative data in the organisation's databases
- Monitor data quality and perform regular audits to identify and correct discrepancies
- Collating expenses for approval and involved within the billing cycles
- Manage banking daily and input on Sage Accounts
- Ensure that all financial transactions are processed and inputted onto Sage Accounts accurately and on time.
