Job Description :
Our client in Redditch is looking for expand their Accounts team by recruiting an Accounts Administrator. The role will involve  supporting our finance team with day to day running of the department, alongside accurate and timely processing of office and client accounts and other cashiering duties.Accounts Administrator key day to day duties:-
  • Processing client account payments
  • Preparing purchase ledger payments and remittances
  • Sending client account statements
  • Administration of monthly credit card transactions
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Processing weekly and monthly billing
  • Crediting credit notes
The successful Accounts Administrator will have the following skills and experience:-Strong Administration skillsSome accounts experience would be an advantage and the desire to have a career in accountsExcellent communication skillsProficient with MS office software ( word / excel)We are looking for someone who can multi task and b able to demonstrate methodical attention to detail skills. You will also need to be confident and be able to build long term external relationships and be able to communicate across all business levels.In return you can expect to receive a basis salary of between £23,000-£24,000 depending on your skills and experience and the hours of work are 9-5pm Monday to Friday and this is an office based role with free parking.
