Accounts Administrator

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Accounts Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering high-quality financial support.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist with accounts payable tasks such as processing invoices, creating BACS runs, and addressing purchase ledger payment due diligence and queries.
- Reconcile petty cash and credit cards, posting entries into the accounting software.
- Respond to email enquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data entry skills.
- High degree of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines.
- No formal accounting qualifications required.
