We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Accounts Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering high-quality financial support.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist with accounts payable tasks such as processing invoices, creating BACS runs, and addressing purchase ledger payment due diligence and queries.
  • Reconcile petty cash and credit cards, posting entries into the accounting software.
  • Respond to email enquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data entry skills.
  • High degree of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines.
  • No formal accounting qualifications required.
