Accounts Administrator

£25,000-£28,000 per annum
We are working with a Littleport based company seeking a dedicated Accounts Administrator to provide support to their Finance and Sales departments.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Process customer sales orders and monitor stock levels
- Raise customer invoices and generate dispatch order confirmations
- Raise Purchase Orders
- Handle data inputting, filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Manage online orders
- Prepare reports in Excel as required
- Reconcile Deal Profits with the Sales Manager on a weekly basis.
- Liaise and communicate with internal personnel, customers, and suppliers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in IT-based applications, including Microsoft Office
- Previous accounts / administration experience (although junior candidates will be considered)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to work under supervision and independently manage workload.
