Accounts Administrator.

My client, a well-established company based in Crewe is urgently seeking a skilled individual to join their busy/vibrant team on an interim basis.

Job Spec:

  • Process customer orders on SAP
  • Raise purchase order on SAP
  • Send order for despatch
  • Invoice order once goods despatched
  • Inform customers if delivery dates change
  • Answer phone calls
  • Create part codes once trained
  • Answer email queries
  • Help colleagues with stock enquires
  • Any other general admin required ad hoc

Person Spec:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • SAP experience is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
