Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking for an exciting opportunity to work for a lovely company in Cheltenham?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate processing of invoices.
  • Assist in the preparation financial statements and reports.
  • Maintain and update financial records on financial system.
  • General office administration
  • Supporting with ordering of office stationary

About You:

  • Previous experience in an accounts administration role or similar is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
