RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with a leading client in the facilities maintenance industry who are looking for a Finance/Admin Apprentice to join them on a full time permanent basis.

The role is based in Birkenhead

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your experience with an experienced and friendly team.

The Apprentice role is responsible for the following:

• Issuing of purchase order numbers to suppliers and sub-contractors
• Allocating of costs against jobs
• Creating Reports
• Purchase invoice entry
• Credit card input
• Purchase invoice queries
• Answering phone calls and emails,
• Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained
