Accounts Assistant - 6 month FTC - Trinity Resource Solutions : Job Details

• Initial 6 month FTC with view to become permanent

Are you passionate about Finance, Entertainment, Media and Live events then our client would love to hear from you. Ideally experienced in Production accounting with Advanced Excel skills. Experience with an accounting system ideally Sage X3 & Sage payroll. A strong attention to detail. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic, enthusiastic, self-starter and willing to go the extra distance to make a difference attitude.Initial 6 month FTC with view to become permanent

• Prepare the monthly management accounts
• Prepare the monthly journals including accruals and prepayments
• Maintaining the fixed asset register 
• Manage the weekly supplier payment and payroll process
• Assist the Management Accountant with the preparation of the annual budgets and forecasts
