We are pleased to be working with an excellent medium sized company based near Pudsey who are looking for a accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis.
This role will be joining a team of 4 and reporting into the Finance Director this is an excellent opportunity for someone to do a varied role.
Duties will include:
- Bank reconciliations
- Cash flow forecasting
- VAT returns
- Purchase ledger; processing and matching invoices to a high standard
- Weekly payment runs
- Supplier reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- Producing the management accounts for a medium size TO company
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Accruals, prepayments and journals
- Other adhoc duties
