Accounts Assistant - Bennett & Game Recruitment : Job Details

Accounts Assistant required to join our client a growing Accountancy Practice located near Birmingham. This Accountancy Practice works with a mixed portfolio of Owner Managed Businesses and will give you the opportunity to work closely with the client base.

The successful candidate will join a small but established team and report to the Accounts Managers responsible for the portfolio. The successful Accounts Assistant / Semi-Senior will come from general Practice and demonstrable experience with Accounts Production and Client Liaison.

Accounts Preparation

VAT returns

Bookkeeping responsibilities

Adhoc duties as required

Previous experience in similar role

Experience preparing accounts and other financial statements

Preferably AAT / ACCA part qualified or working towards

Experience within a practice environment

£24,000 - £28,000 per annum

Monday - Friday 0830-1700

20 days + bank holiday and paid Christmas shutdown
