A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Accounts Assistant to join a UK known manufacturer in the Stroud Area!

With no day ever being the same the Accounts Assistant role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Purchase orders and supplier invoices - matching up signed delivery notes
• Manage Prepaid Invoices/Proforma Invoice process
• Manage Goods Received Not Invoiced process
• Capture the daily bank transactions for Purchase Ledger
• Submit and pay monthly supplier payment runs with reconciliation packs
• Payment of weekly Proformas and ad hoc suppliers

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Accounts experience
• Strong knowledge of purchase orders and supplier invoices
• Strong communicator
• Manufacturing background - desirable
