Accounts AssistantLeeds, LS12Temporary (around 3 weeks)We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to work on behalf of our client in their Leeds office.This is a temporary assignment for around 3-4 weeks to help with their backlog.Working hours – Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00Hourly rate – £12-£13 per hour dependant upon experience (paid weekly)Responsibilities:
- Using Xero software to help with purchase ledger backlog
- Uploading purchase invoices
- Writing short descriptions on invoices
- Provide general admin duties
- Answer any phone/e-mail queries in a timely and professional manor
- Work closely with the team to raise invoices as quickly and efficiently as possible
Essential criteria:
- Some knowledge of the Xero software
- Excellent time keeping
- Organised and able to work off own initiative
- Strong ability to prioritise
- Great communication skills
