Accounts Assistant
We are currently seeking a dedicated Temp Accounts Assistant for an ongoing assignment to provide essential support to our finance department. This role is perfect for someone with prior accounts experience who is proficient in Excel and can commit to the duration of the assignment. The position is office-based and offers the opportunity to contribute to the smooth financial operations of our organisation.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conducting regular financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Checking purchase orders for compliance and accuracy.
- Processing invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
- Inputting financial data into our system with a high level of precision.
- Collaborating with the finance team to support various accounting projects and activities.
- Assisting with month-end closing procedures and reporting.
