Exciting Opportunity: Accounts Assistant

Location: Leamington Spa

Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Fully office based

Join us at Macildowie as we partner with a leading marine broker on the lookout for an accounts assistant / finance admin to join their finance team.

About the Role:

• Processing purchase invoices accurately and promptly.
• Organising weekly BACS payments.
• Assisting the sales team with credit card payments.
• Conducting daily bank reconciliations.
• Allocating receipts and payments accurately.

Your Experience Needed:

• Previous experience as an Accounts Assistant / Finance Administrator
• Strong communication skills and a friendly telephone manner.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Good organisation and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
