This will be a varied Accounts Assistant role where the successful individual will be responsible for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, with a variety of duties from handling complex customer and supplier queries and reconciliations to month end.

What you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role with exposure to an all-around Accounts Assistant position covering accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll is desirable.
  • The ability to self-manage and work independently, whilst also being able to work collaboratively in a team to meet company targets and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to manage supplier and customer relationships. A problem-solving mindset and keen eye for detail will be crucial for resolving complex issues.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, including being comfortable using v-look up and creating pivot tables would be desirable but not essential.
