Accounts Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to manage day-to-day financial transactions, process invoices, maintain records, and assist in preparing reports. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail, looking to contribute to our success in the logistics industry.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Process and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports to help track and manage company finances.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure financial clarity and consistency across the organisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with at least 1 year in a similar role.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software, with a preference for Sage 50.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in financial management.
