Accounts Assistant - IPS Group : Job Details

Fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a modern and growing firm of accountants based in Morley, Leeds.

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of statutory year end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
• Preparation of management accounts for a variety of clients.
• Calculating corporate tax and personal tax liabilities.
• Bookkeeping duties as and when required.
• Liaising with clients when necessary and forming long-term relationships.

To qualify for this Accounts Assistant position, ideally you:

• Will be AAT qualified and looking to progress on to the ACA/ACCA route or someone who has already started their ACA/ACCA studies.
• Will have a minimum of 2 years' Practice experience in an accountancy firm, as an Accounts Assistant or Trainee Accountant
• Feel comfortable and confident contacting clients and building relationships.
