You will be responsible for assisting the Financial Controller and Finance Team in processing and producing financial information.
The Role:
- Purchase ledger invoice processing
- Supplier account reconciliations
- Sales ledger invoice processing
- Client account reconciliations
- Subcontractor invoice processing
- Assist with month-end reporting in line with reporting requirements
- Preparation of accounting journals
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist with production of departmental reports
- Assist with annual budget preparation
- Support Financial Controller with ad-hoc tasks
- Any other tasks commensurate with the role.The Candidate:
- Previous accounts experience is essential
- Experience within the construction industry preferred but not essential
- Highly computer literate in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Car owner / driver
Hours of Work:
- Monday - Friday
- 40 hours a week

- £24,000-£28,000pa depending on experience
