Accounts Assistant - iMultiply Resourcing Ltd : Job Details

iMultiply are working in partnership with an exciting business in North Berwick who are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant, to join the team on a 12-month basis, covering Maternity.

This is a full-time opportunity, 37,5 hours per week, based in the office and can start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and issue sales invoices to group companies.
• Handle purchase invoices, working closely with the Procurement Team and suppliers to resolve queries efficiently.
• Assist with the preparation of payment runs, ensuring timely payments to suppliers.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Previous experience in a finance role.
• Familiarity with financial or ERP systems
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when processing high volumes of invoices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning, organisational, and time-management abilities.
• A proactive and driven attitude.
