9:00am – 5:30pm

Monday to FridayTemp-Perm

We are currently recruiting for a Accounts Assistant for our well established client in the Halesowen area.

Accounts duties including but not limited to:

• Processing incoming payments relating to rents and service charges,
• Processing outgoing payments and invoices to contractors and clients.

• Reporting to Clients monthly/quarterly and dealing with queries
• Credit control of rent and service charge arrears.
• Issuing invoices to tenants and leaseholders.
• Answering accounting queries from leaseholders, tenants and clients
• Preparation of bank reconciliations for client accounts
• Administrative duties within the accounts department
• Liaison with and reporting to other departments with Cottons
