Accounts Assistant - Trident : Job Details

Accounts Assistant. OUR CLIENT are a Kent based firm of Chartered Surveyors and they are looking for an Accounts Assistant to come on board to join their team and work on the Corporate accounts.

THE ROLE:

• Responsible for inputting invoices onto the system.
• Preparing daily bank reconciliation.
• Preparing credit card reconciliations.
• Post income, as per bank statement, and from cheques received. Deposit cheques in Nat West bank on a daily basis.
• Responsible for Credit Control and chasing payments.
• Process payments.

THE PERSON: To apply for this role, you will have:

• Good experience of Purchase and Sales Ledger.
• Able to work independently.
• Happy to work 5 days in the office.
• Experience of Xero would be ideal.
