Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for an Interim Accounts Assistant to join an established and progressive business in the Reigate area on a permanent contract.

Your duties will include:

• Process supplier invoices
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Preparing payment runs
• Assist with billing
• Chasing outstanding debt
• Preparing customer invoices
• Bank reconciliations

Key requirements:

• Experience of working in a similar role
• Strong excel and systems skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to progress in the role
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• A proven track record of professionalism, strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
