- Raising sales invoices
- Assisting with the credit control
- Processing invoices and maintaining the accounts payable ledger
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management reports

- Reconciling bank statements and resolving any discrepancies
- Maintaining financial files and records
- Providing administrative support to the accounting and finance team
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should be:
- Ideally you are immediately available
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
