We are seeking an experienced Administrative Accounts Assistant to join a company in North London. This role is crucial as it involves complex tasks related to managing care for individuals with learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative duties and a compassionate approach to handling sensitive situations.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Arranging rotas for carers to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Communicating effectively with carers, including providing detailed instructions and feedback.
- Writing detailed emails to various stakeholders to keep them informed of care schedules and any changes.
- Ensuring all documentation is filed correctly, neatly, and labelled accurately.
- Create and Update invoices accurately, manage cost tracking, oversee expenditure billing, and manage financial documents.
- Moving around the building as required to collaborate with different teams, ensuring all tasks are handled efficiently.
- Maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A few years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within a care setting.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex scheduling.
- Sage Payroll experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software and email management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in handling sensitive information with discretion and care.
- Flexibility to move around the office as needed to support various teams.
