Accounts Assistant - Reed : Job Details

·         Fantastic team to work for. This role would suit an early stage AAT, ACCA or CIMA studier. Will also consider QBE.

          Raising purchase requisitions and purchase orders

·         Raising sales invoices and debt collection 

·         Posting invoices to the correct ledger code 

·         Assisting with Bacs payments

·         Posting of cashbook entries and bank reconciliations 

·         Processing of employee expenses and corporate credit cards

·         Assist with the preparation of cashflow 

·         Working closely with and providing support to the wider finance function 

·         Contribute to the delivery of year-end financial statements. 

·         Posting intercompany recharges 

·         Supporting the Head of Finance with ad hoc analysis, reporting and projects
