• Investigate invoices thoroughly and query any anomalies.

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Liaise with utility companies to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring up-to-date records.

• Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience as an Accounts Assistant, particularly in roles requiring high volume invoice processing and customer liaison.
